Shakira was robbed while in the middle of a performance -- and the whole incident was caught on camera.
The Colombian pop star was shaking hands with fans during a show in Monterrey, Mexico, when a ring was taken right off her finger by a concertgoer, according to UsMagazine.com.
The video of the incident clearly shows Shakira's confused reaction to losing her ring, but -- always the professional -- she continued her performance without delay.
There's no word on the price of the stolen ring or where security was when the incident occurred.

Beyonce pregnancy rumors are an almost daily occurrence and last month her mom Tina Knowles shot down any baby speculation, but did say she can't wait to be a grandmother and she believes they would make "great parents."
Tila Tequila should have known that the crowd at the Gathering of the Juggalos was going to pelt her with objects ... because according to a member of the Insane Clown Posse, she got a fair warning before the show.
TMZ spoke with ICP member Violent J -- who claims the group informed Tila about a rumor circulating within the Juggalo community that Tila was going to be a target when she performed on Friday night.Violent J tells us, "We told her about the rumor and she didnât care" ... noting that Tila informed the group that she wouldn't back out of the performance because she's "not a bitch like that."Violent J continued, "We paid her before the show and assured her that even if things got out of hand, she could keep the money if she had to leave the stage."Obviously things did get out of control -- and Tila took a few shots to the face when the crowd began firing objects at the stage.J tells us Tila's people have already informed the group that a "lawsuit is underway" -- but ICP insists, "We're not gonna sit back and give her our money.âStill, Violent J tells us he thinks it's "f*cked up" that the crowd got violent ... saying, "I wish they didnât throw stuff at her.â
There's nothing new about using cell phones as instruments. We've seen pop songs covered, entire orchestras of Apple handsets and even a ringtone mobile playing Christmas tunes. What we haven't seen though, is one person combine several handsets into a makeshift instrument, and become a one-man Franken-band. That is, until we saw this: the Phone Guitar, assembled from two Android phones, two Windows Mobile devices, an iPod touch and what appears to be several rolls of duct tape. The creator, who goes by the name Steffest, built the mobile monstrosity as part of a demonstration on cross platform application development. His attempt to build a usable piano sequencer and drum machine app for Android, Windows Mobile and the iPhone OS from the same code failed, but that didn't stop him from showing off his creation by playing a frighteningly agile version of 'Cracklin Rosie.' Check out the video below. [From: Steffest Digitale Pulptuur]

For well over 100 years, San Francisco's uber-posh and mansion-lined Pacific Heights neighborhood has been home to socialites, big business barons, moguls and magnates of every stripe. And, for the last 16 years, at least one head banging heavy metal rock star lived here as well: Metallica's Kirk Hammett.
Way back in March of 2007, after 14 years living large at the tippy-top of Pacific Heights, Hammett and his wife decided to sell their hulking house and listed it with an asking price of $12.5 million. After more than two years on the market, the price tag dropped to a much lower but still very expensive $8.995 million. The final price drop must have done the trick because the guitar guru has finally sold his real estate white elephant to an unknown buyer for a not yet known price.
Perhaps the best way to get a handle on the magnitude of Hammett's weathered brick and wisteria wrapped Georgian style mansion on Divisadero Street is to have a little look see at the numbers. The 9,000-square-foot home is more than 110 years old, with 20+ rooms spread over 4 floors. There are 7 or 8 bedrooms, depending on how one counts and 7 full and 3 half bathrooms. An elevator services three of the gorgeous beast's four floors.
Entry
A walled and gated courtyard leads to the front door, which opens into a ballroom sized entrance hall with meticulously maintained original woodwork. To one side, a baronial living room is warmed by a fireplace, and on the other a much more intimately scaled library is lined with floor to ceiling built-in book shelves. Behind the living room, a banquet worthy dining room is lit by an antique chandelier and opens through glass and wood doors to a brick terrace overlooking the back yard.
Kitchen
Even a kitchen queen like Martha Stewart or Rachael Ray would find the kitchen commodious and well equipped with dark stained wood cabinetry, a Mercedes-sized commercial range, Sub-Zero fridge, dignified green veined granite slab counter tops, a huge work island with butcher block top and a walk-in pantry. A sun soaked breakfast nookâor, this house being located in San Francisco, a fog shrouded breakfast nookâhas cozy built-in seating for casual dining.
Study
A wide, carved wood staircase leads up to the second floor where a wood-paneled study with built in shelving opens through French doors into a glassy, wood paneled sun porch/office with private bathroom. Two additional guest rooms, one with an elaborate hand stenciled ceiling and fab Fortuny light fixture, have private bathrooms. A back staircase rises to the top floor where 4 more bedrooms, a bookshelf lined hobby room and 2 full bathrooms are tucked up under the eaves and lit by large windows in arched gables.
Master Bedroom
The generously sized master bedroom has plenty of square footage for a cozy sitting area, and includes a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with double vanities and separate spa tub and steam shower.
Billiard Room
The basement has been finished into an rock star's paradise with a paneled and mirrored billiard room with built-in wet bar, a card room, two rooms with acoustic tile ceilings, which are perfect for a music studio and/or media room. The elevator makes for easy access to the basement's laundry facilities and storage areas.
