Here's a feel good story for you:

Time for some good news for a change:

Last season, the Cincinnati Reds held a silent auction for charity . . . which included the chance for a kid to be batboy for the night. Ted Kremer's parents were the high bidders. Ted is 29 years old, and has Down's Syndrome . . . and he got to be batboy for a night. Ted did such a good job that the team invited him back to do ANOTHER game this season . . . on Thursday night.
Ted asked the team for two things before the game: He wanted the pitchers to strike out 11 batters, so everyone would win free pizza (--The Reds have a promotion where, if Reds pitchers combine for 11 strikeouts in a game, every ticket holder wins a free small pizza.) . . . and he wanted third baseman Todd Frazier to hit a home run. So Todd said, quote, "I'll hit you one."
And check this out: EVERYONE came through. The pitchers struck out 12 Miami Marlins batters . . . and Ted got his pizza. And in the sixth inning, Todd hit a home run. (--The Reds won the game, 11 to 1.)
