Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Sacramento, LLC d/b/a KRXQ (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 5345 Madison Ave. Sacramento, CA 95841 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at KRXQ.net. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. Must be 18 or over at the time of qualifying to win and participate in this contest.
2. Watch KQCA-My 58 from 8 p.m. – 10 p.m. weeknights from Monday, November 5th – Friday November 16th, 2012 and look for the “Trans-Siberian Orchestra” contest clue to identified by a KRXQ jock and appear on-screen. Make note of the “codeword” that is visible and text that code word to 62515 between 8 p.m. – 10 a.m. that night for a chance to win.
3. If the TV on-air codeword or the Station text to win experiences technical difficulties, program preemptions, breaking news, or any other reason that prevents the clue or cue to text from being aired, that day’s clue or cue to text will be either, at Station’s sole discretion (a) canceled and not replayed, or (b) added to the following day’s (or, in the case of Friday, the following Monday’s) clue or cue to text already scheduled to run during that day’s TV broadcast or radio show, so that two qualifiers will be determined on that following date.

4. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. All ten (10) winners will be determined between weeknights November 5, 2012 and November 16, 2012. Station will contact all qualifiers by the phone number provided within 72 hours after winning. Additionally, all prize pickup info will be included on a winner notification text message that they receive that night. In the event station leaves a message, qualifier will have 48 hours to confirm their eligibility. In the event a qualifier is found to not be eligible, Station reserves to right to randomly confirm another qualifier.
5. Up to 10 prizes will be awarded in this Contest. Each verified winner will win a pair of tickets to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Sleep Train Arena. Average retail value of prize is $120.
