The basics:
I was born and raised in the city of rock-n-roll Cleveland, Ohio! I realize that’s nothing to really be proud of but there are places that suck worse…Vacaville for example. For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to work in radio; when I was a kid I would pretend to be the DJ on-air and listened very closely to everything they said so I could someday be one of the VERY best… that day has yet to come. I love music, I play the drums and in my free time I like to attempt to create my own music. I love tattoos and have a few; I plan on getting a bunch more. I don’t get any of the cheesy flash art they have on the walls in the shops I like to create my own and there’s nothing sexier than a girl with tattoos. I like to meet new people so if I am hosting an event you should come and say hi.
How I got here:
Other then interning at a couple of lame radio and TV stations in Cleveland my very first gig was on a brand new station called Xtreme Radio (it’s gone now). I started out on the very bottom and had to kiss a lot of ass (witch I HATE) to actually get to do anything. Eventually I started to move up in the radio world, once people started to understand how awesome I am hahaha j/k. Seriously though it took some time, working late nights on weekends and getting up early to do some lame promotion and then coming back to kiss ass, its hard damn work. But it all paid off when I was finally on the air all the time and producing commercials. All good things come to an end though; the station let me go and eventually switched formats. Being jobless SUCKS so what did I do? I became a mover. It was tough work but it paid great and I did that for almost 2 years and hated it, that’s when I really focused on getting a new radio gig and I did. I moved to Elko, NV hahahaha yep Elko meth central and nothing but miners and prostitutes. WOW did that suck BAD! I worked for a complete a-hole who knew nothing about radio all he knew was how to sell and all we did was argue constantly about EVERYTHING until he fired me and then everyone else that worked there quit, sucks to be that guy. So I moved back to Cleveland for about a week and got this gig here in Sac at 98 Rock. And I LOVE IT. This town is great and the people I have met are awesome. Give me your feedback, tell me if I suck, tell me if I rock, just tell me something!
